Intentional Steps to Living a Journey
for a Healthier You

Trends are a fact of life. Words like, "Crunchy, Healthy, Natural".
The majority come and go, but some stick around for good—and for a good reason.
Making intentional decisions can create amazing changes. You are worth it.

LIVE CLEAN
Understanding the source can protect your wellness.
-----

We all know we need to eat our vegetables—but understanding where your food comes from is just as important. You would be surprised at the level of toxic chemical contamination that is allowed to seep into the things designed to be put into and onto our bodies! This goes beyond just eating “green/organic”. Being well-informed when purchasing home & personal care products are also important to your long term well-being! Read those ingredients!

LIVE INTENTIONAL
Start the habit of mindful living.
 -----

It is easy to get caught up in a routine and get trapped, because it is just something you have always done. Become aware of your surroundings and what you are exposed to on a daily basis– spiritually, mentally, physically and emotionally. Living intentional means caring about what comes into your home and into your mind. Think about things that are pure and right. (Phil 4:8) Try writing down 3-5 things that you are grateful for every day in a journal. You may be amazed at how that kind of focus can have a positive effect on us.

LIVE SUPPORTED
Prevention is the most effective tool when it comes to safeguarding your wellness
-----

The healthier journey is all about incorporating daily practices and products that support your wellness. Some of my absolute must-haves every day are my antioxidant drink and essential oils. Once I started incorporating just these two things, I noticed a huge difference in my physical (can you say more energy?!) and mental well-being. Thanks to my daily super drink and essential oils, I feel better than I have in years

LIVE IN GRACE
Grace is a gift and a blessing.
-----

There will most likely be times where you “fall off the health wagon” and or miss your alarm in the morning to exercise or whatever it may be or “rule” that you set for yourself that you did not complete. This can cause anxiety in many of us. It may be too great of a deal for you that you will quit all together. My reminder to you is, Live in Grace”.  Give yourself GRACE! Listen to your body and keep it simple. Rather than following rules, we should seek to develop habits. Habits develop character and can help achieve our goals. While rules only measure outward compliance, habits help us change our intentions and shape our way of life. Allow Grace and God’s spirit to combine with healthy habits to work in you. Focus on the relationship instead of rules.” – unknown.

Have grace for yourself and have grace for others. You are ALL on a journey.

If you are feeling unworthy of grace, just spend some time in the Old Testament in the Bible. You will see many examples of God's grace. ♥

LIVE SPIRITURALLY
Mind-Body-Spirit means that our wellness doesn't just come from physcial health or mental but we really must include our spiritual health as well.
-----
I personally believe that God is our ultimate healer and provider of our needs. He cares for us! "His devine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness." 1 Peter 1:3. There is no surprise to me that He has provided many things for our benefit in His creation.
My encouragement to you is to take some time out of your day (it could be 5mins, 10mins, whatever works for you) and focus on prayer and scriptures. If you are not a believer in God, that is totally okey. We are all spiritual beings and I believe He hears everyone no matter what (seek and you shall find Matt. 7:7). You can pray while driving, washing the dishes, folding laundry, if you are lucky enough you can have a set time for “quiet time” and listen to some calming music (for me it’s hymns and worship.) Take time to connect with God and you'll be amazed at how much He cares for your mind, body, and spirit.

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear,
but of power and love and of sound mind.”
2 Timothy 1:7

WELLNESS ROLLER RECIPE
As promised, here is a simple recipe that may support your whole family.
 ------

  • 10 drops Thieves
  • 10 drops Lemon
  • 10 drops Frankincense
  •  5  drops Oregano **For little ones, replace with Lavender instead
  • 10mL roller bottle
  • Top up with carrier oil or V6

We love living in a state of wellness, and this blend of essential oils we like to roll on to the bottoms of our feet quite often (throw on socks!). Apply as often as 1x per hour depending on discomfort.

*NoteIf you are new to oils, I would recommend to half this recipe.

*If you wondered: "Where can I get some oils?" I can help you with that! Just click this button SHOP HERE where I created a bundle of just these oils in the roller recipe. Enjoy!
Remember how I mentioned about understanding the source?

It is important to know and trust the source of your products! This is especially true for the ones that you use in your home every single day.
It is also important to note that not all essential oils are created equal—you can’t always just go out to a retailer and trust that you’re getting the good stuff.
Lucky for you, I’ve got a source I trust—In fact, it’s the only brand I use – and they also have a powerful natural plant based cleaner that works great and smells AMAZING! Oh and did I mention they’ve also have that daily super drink that’s got me feeling good every day??
My passion is to help others find ways to live a healthier lifestyle. Let's get in touch and I would love to hear your story!
